Departament. Any sum certified by the Director

of Public Works as due to be paid within 7 days of the date of a certificate signed by

the Director of Public Works.

(9). The lessees to make their om arrangements as

regarde water supply.

(10). A right-of-way to the lot to be granted to the

lessees from the Aberdeen Road or other road

in the vicinity on a line to be approved by the Director of Public Works.

(li). The lessees to pay, on demand, the sum of $25.00

for boundary stones which will be supplied and

fixed by the Director of Public Works.

(12).The lessees of the lot to take up the Crown Lease

when called upon to do so by the Land Officer

and to pay the sum of 830.00 for the same.
